The Air Jordan 13 “Class of 2002” from Jordan Brand’s “Graduation” Pack is scheduled to make its retail debut this very month on September 15 at a price of $190. This Air Jordan 13 colorway paid homage to Carmelo Anthony’s high school graduation. Of courses, this pack also consisted of an Air Jordan 10 and an Air Jordan 12 that similarly paid homage to Russell Westbrook’s and Chris Paul’s high school graduations, respectively. Apparently, Jordan Brand has been working on another graduation-themed Air Jordan 13 colorway. So, next year’s Air Jordan releases 2019 are going to include a colorway of the model dubbed “Cap And Gown.”

As you may have figured out by now, this Air Jordan 13 colorway for next year does indeed draw inspiration from the Air Jordan 11 “Cap And Gown.” The Air Jordan 11 “Cap And Gown” or “Prom Night” made its retail debut earlier this year on May 26th at a price of $250. Although unconventional, it was not uncommon for avid sneakerheads to lace up in an Air Jordan pair for their graduation ceremony or prom night. Hence, this year Jordan Brand decided to whip up an Air Jordan 11 iteration that looked elegant and formal enough to be worn at such semi-formal events.

Like the Air Jordan 11 it shares its nickname with, next year’s Ari Jordan 13 “Cap And Gown” has been designed so that graduating sneakerheads may rock it with a suit or tuxedo. The image of the Air Jordan 13 you see above is actually a Photoshop rendition, but it will likely resemble the Air Jordan 11 “Cap And Gown.” Hence, it will similarly be all-Black and may even potentially feature patent leather detailing over its tumbled leather uppers. As of now, there are no specific release details for the Air Jordan 13 “Cap And Gown.” Nonetheless, it will be among the Air Jordan releases 2019 arriving in summer.

As part of celebrating the Air Jordan 3’s 30th anniversary this year, Jordan Brand brought back the “Black/Cement” colorway. It joined this year’s Air Jordan releases 2018 on February 17th. The special thing about the return of the Air Jordan 3 “Black/Cement” was that it once again featured the “Nike Air” branding on its heels, which was last seen on this iteration back in 2001. Of course, many original Air Jordan 4 colorways will also return next year for its 30th anniversary. In fact, Jordan Brand is bringing back both the Air Jordan 4 “Bred” and the Air Jordan 6 “Infrared,” both with the heel “Nike Air” branding.

In addition to the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 4 since its debut back during the 1989 NBA All-Star Game, 2019 also marks the 20th anniversary of the first Air Jordan 4 Retro from 1999. The Air Jordan 4 “Bred” was brought back in 2012, but it was lacking the “Nike Air” branding on the heels. Of course, this will not be the first time that Jordan Brand has brought back an original Air Jordan 4 colorway with the heel “Nike Air” branding. In fact, this was the case with the Air Jordan 4 “White/Cement,” which was re-released during the 2016 All-Star Weekend.

The Air Jordan 6 “Black/Infrared” or simply “Infrared” was one of the original colorways of the model released after its debut back in 1991. Ever since its original retail debut, this colorway has been re-released twice. When it was brought back in 2000, it still featured the “Nike Air” branding on the heels. However, when it was re-released in 2014, it lacked the heel “Nike Air” branding. Coincidentally, pairs from the 2014 re-release are still available at retailers like Stadium Goods. Nonetheless, next year’s Air Jordan 6 “Infrared” pairs will certainly resemble the original ones as accurately as possible, down to every last detail.

Keep in mind that none of the photos that you see here of the versions that will be among next year’s Air Jordan releases 2019. Currently, no release information is available for the Air Jordan 4 “Bred.” However, the Air Jordan 6 “Infrared” will reportedly hit the shelves once again on February 16th, 2019.

In recent years, it has become a common practice for Jordan Brand to celebrate the various anniversaries of the sneaker models from its signature line. As you all may already know by now, this year marked the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 3. Hence, many of this year’s Air Jordan releases 2018 were either new or returning colorways of the model, while plenty others will likely hit the shelves by the end of this year. Next year, it will be the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 4. Thus, the Air Jordan releases 2019 will similarly include numerous colorways of the model, two of which are featured here.

All of the photos of these two Air Jordan 4 iterations that you see here were shared by LN5factory (@ln5factory) on Instagram. One of the two colorways you see here perhaps reminds you of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October.” The iteration being referred to, as you may have guessed, is the one that is entirely covered in Red, including the inner lining, laces and the netting. The only exception is its Black-colored eyelets and tongue tabs, as well as its Gum Rubber outsoles. A plain White “Jumpman” logo can also be spotted on the tongue tabs, while another will likely be present over the heels.

The second iteration that will be among next year’s Air Jordan releases 2019 is the more elaborate of the two. Overall, it is dressed up in a simple color scheme of Black and White with Red appearing over the eyelets, the inner tongue tabs, the “Jumpman” logo on the tongues and the soles. However, the feature that sets it apart is its graphical uppers, which are entirely covered in basketball-inspired drawings. A little over three months remain until three months remain until 2018 concludes, so it is not surprising that there is no release information available for these Air Jordan 4 releases.
